What is your healthy food regime like? I am aware of ensuring a high fiber diet, the adding of almonds, and sea vegetables (for necessary minerals) to the diet, and the drinking of fresh vegetable juices in order to promote good heart health. I’m also aware of the importance of using garlic in the diet. Is there anything else that you’d like to tell us about your diet that is geared for promoting healthy heart?
Well, I believe to keep a healty heart and system you must start your day with fresh water - at least 4 glasses of water before breakfast. With this 4 glasses of water you take your vitamines before you take anything else. Like 'Garlic & Parseley' - a boost for your immune system, it is very important to take this in before anything else, so that your system will absorb every bit of it. With meals lots of water. Your intake of food must verrify from fresh fruit, veggies, nuts, fresh fish, and lean red meat. AVOID anything with SUGAR - sugar is POISON for the human body!
The idea about the water is very good. I also believe that water helps to wash the stomach when ingested first thing in the morning and thus helps to improve digestion.
However I am not sure that placing the focus on ensuring that every last amount of your supplements are absorbed is that important. Supplement should be taken to take care of short falls. In today’s world when everything is forced-matured, the nutritional value in an ounce of food is now lest than what it was a hundred years ago. That short fall is what supplements take care of. Therefore I think the emphasis should be on making sure that all or most of your food is digested.
Interestingly Symmetry’s NutraPack has in it deltazorb, which improves the efficiency of the digestive system.
Another thing to bear in mind about supplements, are that some popular supplements are basically synthesized and will not absorb no matter what.
The garlic and parsley are two very important vegetables to promote circulation and to prevent some major health problems such as heart disease.
Do you have sorrel in your country? It’s drink is also highly recommended for the promotion of good health. It improves the circulation and improves digestion.
Maintaining a healthy digestive system helps to improve ones overall health and improves the wellbeing even of those with major illnesses.
Fresh fruits, vegetables and water are very important. I’m also intrigue by your recommending red meat. I believe this is important for the regulating of the pressure, especially for those who suffer from hypotension. Red meat is also a good source of iron.
In addition to eating well and ensuring that all your foods are digested and absorbed taking regular cleanse is very important. I use the ParaCleanse and BotanaCleanse on a regular basis. I have benefited from them. You can too.

I think u misunderstood me about the intake of supplements and vitamine. Dietry supplement u must take in through the day. But you're vitamines like Garlic & Parsely, Olive oil, Nelken or anything else that is a boost for you're body / immune sistem at least 1 hour before u take anything else, so that you're body had time to digest it. And you must keep-up with the water through the day, at least 5-10Lt. Red meat is not only for the natrual intake of iron, but it is the only meat who has a certain protein in what your body and brain need a 100%.You won't find this protein in any other meat, chicken or fish. Red meat is not only good for you're whole body, but it help you also to lose weight and keep the weight down.
I’m sorry about the misunderstanding. Now that you emphasize the purpose of those supplements, yes you’re right. On the subject of the red meat, I have red meat more often than any other, since it helps to stabilize my blood pressure. However, I am not sure I can agree with you that red meat helps one to “loose weight” or to “keep the weight down. But this special protein, I’m interested in learning more about it. Can you tell me more?
I am familiar with Tre-en-en and happen to know that this is basically seed oil. Your body needs more than just seed oil. It needs other nutrients that will form a balance to enhance absorption and utilization of each other, inclusive of these oils. Natural foods are still very much available and even though they might be depleted of some of their nutritional value because of their soil environment (over used soil), they still do supply us with all natural nutrients our bodies need (just in smaller amount). We however need to focus squarely on eating a very wide variety of natural foods and move away from commercially prepared foods that are advertised to replace natural ones. With the exception of special cases we would then only need one comprehensive supplement that will take care of the shortfall from the foods we eat. Ultra Vitality NutraPack happens to be a very good comprehensive supplement that, in addition to seed oils, found in Tre-en-en also supplies antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and many other vital nutrients. I have used this product for several years and have found it, from the very first day of use, to be very effective. It carries more nutrients than any other supplements on the market. You may look at its content at the product page of http://www.symmetrydirect.com/jgrant.
Am I doing a promotion, or am I stating a fact based on information. The "scientists" being "awarded a Nobel Prize for their work" does not determine the ingredients of the product. The doctors responsible for the formulation of Symmetry products are also recipients of Nobel Prizes. I know that Tre-en-en was so named because it is a combination of oils from three seeds - rice, soy and wheat. I also happen to know that Tre-en-en is also found in Formula IV. It follows then that even at GNLD there is at least one product that supplies more nutrients than what Tre-en-en can supply. I also know that there are other supplements at GNLD that supplies other nutrients that neither Tre-en-en nor Formula IV supplies. In other words, if I'm in good health and just want to maintain my health I would need to take more than two different sets of supplements and that would certainly not include Tre-en-en since Tre-en-en is one of the components of Formula IV. Now that is a fact. Now does it sounds as though I am not familiar? Now don't get me wrong! I happen to know that both companies produce some real good products. But we need to call a spade a spade. Now, you answer my questions? As you answer these question bear in mind that no food, no nutrients replaces or substitute another. Chromium is highly recommended for the regulation of blood sugar and cholesterol. Is chromium found in Tre-en-en? B Vitamins are necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system and also promotes digestion. Are the B Vitamins found in Tre-en-en? The antioxidants (vitamins A, C, E and zinc) are necessary for the reduction of oxidation and the boosting of the immune system. Are these antioxidants found in Tre-en-en? Minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, zinc and others are necessary of the maintenance of bone density, regulation of muscle contraction, promotion of heart health, healing, proper metabolism, electrochemical communication between cells etc. Are these minerals found in Tre-en-en? Chlorophyll is necessary for the regulation of blood pressure and the prevention of anemia. Is there a chlorophyll blend in Tre-en-en? Bioflavonoid is antioxidants that help to boost the immune system and protect one from cancer. Is bioflavonoid found in Tre-en-en? Are there other antioxidants such as grape seed extract, grape skin extract, green tea leaf catichins etc. found in Tre-en-en? How about garlic, ginger, ginkgo biloba leaf, parsley leaf, citrus pectin, red clover flowers, schizandra (Schizandra chinensis) fruit extract, and spirulina blue-green algae? Are all these found in Tre-en-en? If none of the foregoing are found in Tre-en-en, it simply means, that product is not for overall nutrition. It would more be for the alleviation of targeted deficiency. And for your information, no single nutrient works by itself. Each nutrient needs others to aid in it braking down (forming compounds that are absorbable in human), absorption, and transportation. Now what is wrong with mentions of a product that I use that is more suitable for overall nutrition? And what is wring with encouraging you and others who might read this page to eat natural foods? Are you saying that it is against the policy of the web administrators to post on a health page a bit of health information stating that you should eat foods such as yam, potatoes, breadfruit, cassava, lettuce, carrots, pears, apples, peas, nuts, seeds, fruits, etc.? Because most of my posting was all about these - Natural Foods. And what is wrong with options? No matter what supplements you take, and what ever company that they are produced from, it is of extremely little use to you if you do not eat properly - if you do not eat natural foods.
